Educational Qualification for BEL 2023 Recruitment
Candidates must possess :
- Probationary Officer (HR) : Two years MBA or MSW or PG Degree or PG Diploma in Human Resources Management. Industrial Relations or Personnel Management.
- Probationary Officer (Accounts) : CA or CMA Final
Age Limit for BEL 2023 Recruitment
Maximum Age Limit : 25 years
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 10 years for PWBD.
