Educational Qualification for ECGC Recruitment

Candidates must have: 

• Specialist Officer – Accounts (CA) : An Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA), Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Specialist Officer – Legal : Bachelor of Law (LLB) from a recognized Indian University or Institution
• Specialist Officer – Company Secretary : CS qualified with ACS membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Specialist Officer – Actuary : Student member of the Institute of Actuaries of India who has cleared at least 3 papers including CM1, CS1 and CS2 or its previous equivalents.
• Specialist Officer – IT : B.Tech or BE in Computer Science or Information Technology or MCA with certificate course on Cyber Security of duration of at least 6 months.
• Specialist Officer – IT or CISO : B Tech or BE in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation & ME or MTech or MS in Computer Science or  Information Technology/Information Security or Cyber Security.
• Specialist Officer – Country Underwriting or Research : Master’s Degree in Statistics. Mathematical Statistics  or Mathematical Economics or Econometrics or Statistics & Informatics from a recognized University.
• Specialist Officer – Rajbhasha or Hindi : 1.Master’s degree in Hindi /Hindi Translation, with English as core/Elective/Major subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level with minimum 55%for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University.; OR 2. Master’s degree in English with Hindi as core/elective/major subject at the bachelor’s degree level with minimum 55%for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University. OR 3. Master’s degree in any discipline with English and Hindi as core/elective/major subjects at the bachelor’s degree level with minimum 55%for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University. OR 4. Master’s degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi translation with minimum 55%for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University.
