UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam
UPSC CMS 2023. All candidates (male or female or transgender) are requested to carefully read the Rules of Combined Medical Services Examination notified by the Government (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) and this Notice of Examination derived from these Rules.
The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

- Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service

- General Duty Medical Officer Gr. II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation
Educational Qualification for UPSC CMS 2023
Candidates must have:
- M.B.B.S Final Pass.
Age Limit for UPSC CMS 2023
Medical Service Examination must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 1st August, 2023, Junior Time Scale Posts in Central Health Services, the upper age limit must not exceed 35 (thirty-five years) on the aforesaid cut-off date.
Age Relaxation: Reserved category candidates by 03 years for OBC NCL, by 05 Years for SC or ST Candidates and by additional 10 years for PWD Category Candidates.
