Educational Qualification for NWDA Recruitment

Candidates must have: 

1. Junior Engineer (Civil) : Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent. 
2. Junior Accounts Officer : Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/ Institute and Candidates having CA or ICWAI or Company Secretary will be preferred, Three year experience in Cash and Accounts in a Government Office or PSU or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body.
3. Draftsman Grade-III : ITI Certificate or Diploma in Draftsman ship (Civil) from a recognized Institution or University.
4. Upper Division Clerk : Degree of a recognized University and Knowledge of Computer operating systems, MS Word, Office, Excel, Power Point & Internet. 
5. Stenographer Grade-II : 12th Class passed from a recognized Board/ University. Skill (Shorthand) Test (on Computer) at the speed of 80 wpm. 
6. Lower Division Clerk: 12th Class passed from a recognized Board; and A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer and Knowledge of Computer operating systems, MS Word, Office, Excel, Power Point & Internet.

Age Limit for NWDA Recruitment

• Junior Engineer (Civil) : 18 to 27 years
• Junior Accounts Officer 21 to 30 years
• Draftsman Grade-III 18 to 27 years
• Upper Division Clerk 18 to 27 years
• Stenographer Grade-II 18 to 27 years
• Lower Division Clerk 18 to 27 years

Age Relaxation:  As per recruitment norms.

Selection Process for NWDA Recruitment

OMR based Written Test, Document Verification, Computer Based Test (CBT), Stenographer Grade-II & Lower Division Clerk, the candidates will have to appear in the Skill Test (Shorthand/ Typing), which is a qualifying in nature.

Salary – Rs.19,900/- to Rs.35,400/-
