Educational Qualification for APDCL Recruitment
Candidates must have:
- Assistant Manager (HR) : 2 year full-time MBA/PGDM degree specializing in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Social Welfare.
- Assistant Manager (Electrical) : B.E. or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Civil) : B.E. or B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
