Educational Qualification for SPMCIL Recruitment
- Dy. Manager : Full time master’s degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering with relevant experience,
- Assistant Managers : Masters degree in Marketing Management/MBA with Marketing elective or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree along with CA/ICWA or Degree in Law (Regular course) or full time Masters Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective OR two years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective claiming to be equivalent to MBA or Full time masters degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical or Electrical or Pulp & Paper Technology or Electronics or Printing Technology. And Two years Post Graduate degree or Post Graduate diploma or MBA in the area of Material Management or Stores Managementor Purchase or Operations Management or Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management. B. Tech/BE in the area of Civil Engineering, Fulltime MCA/ 1st class B. Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
